What's the best football school a coach has left for a better job(in college)?

All this talk about teams such as texas not being able to pull a big name. It just doesn't happen that often, if ever. In the last 10-20 years, what is the best football school to have a coach leave for a better job?

I'm not talking NFL, obviously they can pull coaches.

Right but Bama is still a better program than A&M.

ETA: Never mind, I guess I read your question wrong. I thought you were asking what coach made a lateral move.

Well Meyer turned down ND for UF. The old timers thought that was crazy. I thought it was a no brainer.

Probably the best two examples in the last couple year. It just doesn't happen.

This is a good one.

Also Tubberville left TT for Cincy which is arguably a downgrade.

Rich Rod from WV to Michigan
Bielema from Wisc to Ark
Sark from Wash to USC

NFL, retirement, and NCAA santions shouldnt count
