*** First off and of note - at the UA game and in Brandon Harris' interview with Dupre' .. 'Chi was asked what's most important in your school of choice and playing time was a HUGE factor. Specifically when asked if beckam and landry leaving made a difference, his answer was "yes".

Now, if you go back and look at each possibility it goes like this :

UCLA - has the fewest commits BUT their receiver commits are both in malachi's mold and are bigger possession guys

FSU - has way, way too many commits to be considered a serious threat. It's obvious they would and will make room for Dupre' should he want to come but it's getting late in the game.

Bama - has two commits, like UCLA, from receivers with Malachi's mold. Only if he visits should they be considered a serious threat. I think he cancelled his OV with them if I am not mistaken.

LSU - Quinn is the only guy unanimously thought to be a receiver as Upchurch and Chark may project elsewhere. There's a need for a guy to come in and start right away, more than likely opposite Dural. Dupre' fits our classic mold. We need to lock up an OV.

been thinking about this for a while...Upchurch, with his size can play a few different places...6'2 225lbs...sounds like a LB to me...must be a physical WR.
