I do get his frustration. I don't get the FO's reasoning for not giving him a chance either. I don't think he's the answer, but I guess give the dude a shot.
I really wish they would give Rivers the spot and stick with him. If Monty or Dell is worried about getting canned, sticking with Rivers should be probably one of the last reasons.
