I wasn't sold on Chip to the NFL at first, but what he accomplished offensively was pretty remarkable. He has shown he doesn't exactly have a 'system'. He is a top notch offensive mind and can adapt to personnel on the fly. When DC's start to figure him out, he will have already adapted to something else.

I was wrong. Chip Kelly will be a fantastic coach for a long time.

Adapting the offense wasn't my concern with him, I actually think he's good enough on that part to do that. I was thinking how he deals/relates with the NFL players (pretty much my concern with a lot of NCAA coaches going to NFL) that I wasn't sure of.

He did a great job this year, for sure.

It's kind of crazy they won 10 games but only beat 1 playoff team(Green bay when TOlzien started)
