yeah but the tread is so much about what took place, it's more about the epidemic of which is plaguing Terrebonne parish and why is it every week we see this happening in this small little parish.

I had no idea it was an issue for this area (I'm not from LA after all). Is this an area that is isolated with limited interaction with the world outside? That could be it. Of course I also suspect that incest is far more prevalent than we realize. I also suspect that female pedos are far more common than we suspect as well.
