Here is the part I don't get: He signed EE papers for a scholarship with Bama. The way those scholarship papers work from what I understand is that it guarantees the spot to the kid but does not require the kid to enroll. Am I wrong? So if true why would Hootie need to ask if his spot is there for him at Bama, when he has papers guaranteeing that is? Kind of makes his mom's tweet odd.
I had heard he signed papers with LSU also. If true he could go either place as an EE. Now the kicker is that of he does not finish as a EE no deal. Did he graduate early?
