I want to talk trash to Iowa people but they're all too nice

Seriously. Every single one of them I've encountered here in Tampa has been so nice. It is almost bizarre how nice they are.

I just got bashed by some Hawkeyes in the elevator about fakin' Freak. They were all knowledgeable fans that I spoke with .

They're only nice because their expectations are so low.
They're losing their minds over a relative non-event (Freak) and not at how shitty their team is. They don't understand how badly they were spared with Mett being out. It's just not a fanbase that understands the whole football thing very well and they're just happy to be there.
The MAC should make a big push for them.

They're nice cause let's be honest, Their team was god awful. Seriously. Absent a freshmen QB, that game would've been humiliating. That team would have finished about 9th or 10th in the SEC
