This entire discussion is probably moot because I just don't see St George happening anyway. I don't think the legislature and the rest of the state want to see the state's capital balkanized into little fiefdoms.

Actually, i did. And i liked the information you were giving out earlier on and agreed with some of it, until you started claiming racism was the motivating factor behind incorporation.

The racism angle is an interesting one. Crime stat wise, blacks are overwhelmingly in the lead for murdering and populating prisons. Look at the murder map...all black neighborhoods. BR people know this. They probably don't want their kids in the same classrooms together. Can you really blame them?

So they really have a say in it? Isn't it really up to the will of the voters in SG, assuming we get the sigs?
