Is he for sure a TE or can he stay slim and be strictly a monster WR?

Dude will be a matchup nightmare. Too big for safeties. Too agile for linebackers. If Cam doesn't utilize he and DeSean Smith in the coming years, especially with a young QB I'll be shocked.

I think he has the kind of frame to put on 25 lbs of muscle and still be a nice option flexed out on the ends.

I was thinking the same thing. Big body WR that plays on the outside. I wouldn't mind if he gained 20lbs, but man, to have a physical WR out there on the outside is a match up nightmare.
