Haha yes you guys have some great seafood! My dad learned how to make his gumbo, oyster soup, and andouille from a cook down in New Orleans. shite is unreal! I first got introduced to your raw oysters at an Acme in NO also, you have to have a specialized taste to eat that shite haha! My favorite food BY FAR from Louisiana is your crawfish.
