Book, or tv show?

TV - Obviously had a corpse to look like him and he jumped into that truck that left as soon as the 'body' hit the pavement.

That's sort of what I'm thinking. They threw the body from the truck onto the pavement and sherlock landed in the truck and the truck drove off. Sherlock had one of his homeless friends knock Watson down to disorient him. Or something like that.

Why does Sherlock air on PBS in the US and not on BBC America? Is it considered "High-brow" TV or something like that?
