From my experience, if you want the mass, kick the cardio. It's hard to gain pounds when you spend two days on cardio and you're burning 600 calories on those days. Unless you're new, which I know you're not, your choices are to bulk or cut. You really can't do both...unless you take steroids. Besides, you'll be surprised how much the extra muscle will look good on you in the midsection, and then it's pretty easy to cut.
The midsection is the exact reason I want to cut and bulk. I will never have a six pack (I like food and drink), so I just try to keep it flat. So far so good.

I have been looking for a good mass routine. Body Beast?

Body Beast is good if you have adequate weights. I stopped working out at home and started going to Planet Fitness just so I could have access to more weights and machines.

I have incorporated some Body Beast stuff into my routine, and the same with Tony (mostly core yoga-ish) stuff. Oh, and the 4 med ball pushup. That makes people look at you like you're some athletic freak.

If your dumbbells only go to 55 pounds then it's tough to get mass, imo. That's just how it was with me. I hate to say it, but I pretty much hit my ceiling with Beach Body and, while I wasn't unhappy with the results, I didn't get the results I really wanted.

So, I did some research on Bodybuilding.com and I joined a cheap gym. Now, I'm starting to see a little bit more mass and I'm getting stronger (especially my legs).
