First time I did Insanity, I nearly puked during the Fit Test. Spent the entire week just doing the Fit Test. Pushed my start day back a week just to prepare for the hell.
God damn Insanity is no joke.
Used to do it when I got home from work and before I turned the AC on. Sweat literally flying everywhere. I would have to wipe my TV screen off.
