Today is Squat, Deads and Overhead press for me. crushed 40 minutes of cardio on the spin bike yesterday. going to have legs of granite.

I pushed as much as I could. Got a little nauseous in the last move (the double yoga move). Granted I am not in the best shape of my life but I am not in the worst either. My legs, core, and back are a little sore. Not terrible but I can see it being a little worse tomorrow, especially after day 2.
