Is there a lot of jumping in X3? I like that it's 30 min but I live in an apartment building and am a big guy and don't want to be shaking stuff of my neighbors walls. X1 was really just bad for plyo, and I guess if this is just 30 min my neighbors can deal with it if it's bad.
Also I know I should focus on landing softly but that only does so much and let's be honest when I am dogging it, that's not gonna happen.
