i'm not in that much shape to be honest, haven't worked out in a few months and the last program that i finished was insanity asylum last year.

rest assured, you will be huffing and puffing HARD...but i think that's the case for anyone in any type of conditioning.

You can go at your own pace. You don't need to keep up with how fast the people in the videos are going. If they are doing jumping jacks for a minute and you can only do 10, then do 10. Over time you'll be able to do more and more. Just be smart and listen to you're body. Pause the video and take breaks.

I haven't done p90x3 yet, but if it's like any of Tonys other videos, he'll be telling you everything I just said and more.
