Don't want high end stuff.
Don't want junk.

Suggestions? Links would be nice, too.

Go online to department stores like Dillards or Belk. Just got a new set of knives (high end, though).

Get a decent stainless steel set of saucepans with heavy clad bottoms. Add a stainless 12-inch chef's pan and don't skimp on it; it will be the piece you use most. Round it out with some enamel-clad cast iron pieces like a skillet and a Dutch oven. Don't buy anything with a so-called non-stick coating. It will last you a lifetime.

Magnalite

If you buy them one piece at a time, you can buy the good stuff. My fav is all clad.

Buy a cheap skillet and a 10qt all clad, next time you get some cash get an all clad skillet, then a sauce pan, then a 12 qt...etc etc. That stuff is amazing.

Go to Sam's and piece together your own skillets, and a couple pots. You'll probably come out cheaper with decent quality, provided you go to Sam's in the first place.

I can't speak for this site but found it and it seems legit.

They sell irregular All-Clad cookware.

TJ Maxx is your best bet if you don't mind a random assortment of brands on don't mind making more than one trip to see what's in stock.

Restaurant supply shops are also a good place to check out.
