Dice just text me back and said he just swapped the GFCI plug with a regular one and it works fine.....I guess I could start there.

Branch circuit, I had a similar layout in my Garage, all my outlets were on the same branch and before going into the panel they ran through a GFI plug, nothing else plugged in but sometimes my deep freeze would trip it. I had a couple open fuses in my panel so I had an electrician run a new outlet directly to the panel.
