re: 2k14 MyCareer player stories thread

Still in Rookie year, not starting yet. Just played the Heat. Pretty sure this was the "Come from behind" game, but I failed. Everytime I'd bring us within striking distance they'd start double or triple teaming me, and if I put the ball in the hands of anyone else they either got stripped or wildly missed their shots. I'm on the Pistons, Monroe is out and Villanueva is playing in place of him. Drummond/Monroe had been a great tandem for me, but without Monroe Drummond has looked bad and Villanueva isn't doing anything. So fourth quarter I take over, and scored something like 30 4th quarter points, but we still lose by double digits. We simply had no one who could guard LeBron. On the rare occasion I had a chance to guard him, I did pretty good, pretty sure all his misses came when I was guarding him.


I finished with 60 something points, 3 steals, 4 blocks, I think 6 assists, maybe only 5. I had a rebound or two as well. The Heat are something else. I'm starting to think playing them three more times and the inevitable playoff clash (we're the one seed, I think they're the 2) will be my downfall. They didn't even have Wade in this game.
