Yeah the only reason I brought his name up is that that he is the only one I know of that took advantage of signing financial aid papers and using this new rule. There are probably others I just haven't heard about it.

Yep that's it. This was the first I had heard about it. Would be real interested to hear imput from our recruiting board guru's on this.
