Twitter is grey area. It's frowned upon by the NCAA but they've never had the balls to do anything about it.

Well, there's been past instances where pros have met with HS recruits.

ETA - Mark Ingram going visit Fournette at school. Patrick Peterson going chat up Priest Willis last year.
