Cant say this enough.
JOB was AWFUL (okay, for a 5-star) most of his 1st year. Turned into a superstar by the midpoint of the 2nd season.

Sorry JOB is not a superstar. He's a decent player, but he's not a game changer. Hell, he's not even the best player on the team IMO. Hickey is the best player on the team on both sides of the ball. Superstars go in the top 10 of the draft. JOB is a late 1st round or early second round pick at best.
