Cliffs:
He tested basic white box Winchester 9MM with a chron and determined with Glocks with 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5 inch barrels that one gained 40+ fps from a 3.5 to 4.5 barrel. His 3.5 inch barrel produced 1056 to 1137 fps for the 4.5 barrel. Basically you aren't sacrificing anything with that diff in fps if you carry a shorter barreled firearm.

Cool, but what can +50 fps do for 124 or 135 +p in ballistics gell or barrier penetration?
I assume there is no data out there.
