He just can't stop obsessing. I will be pretty pissed if Monty gets one more year. If he survives for several more because he turns the corner then fine, but one more year of patiently treading water isn't worth passing up a quality coach that wouldn't be coming here for a paycheck but because he has a passion for the roster. Demps has to be intrigued by Karl's interest in his roster too. Getting Karl in backing Demps' moves could easily give him another 2-3 years of job security where if he sticks with Monty 1 more year they both could be on their way out.
