I love Ninfas. Try the queso fundido appetizer but make sure you split it as it's very filling. The green salsa/dip is interesting and the regular queso is better than most. While a boring thing to order, I often crave their cheese/onion enchiladas.enjoy yourself and just act like it's the incredible tex mex of 2001 that some seem to covet
