El Vez

El Rey (if you'd like a drink afterwards, ask to go the the Ranstead Room, trust me on this one...it's amazing - it's a speakeasy style bar with boudoir paintings on the walls, dark and cozy feel to it, no signage on the street...just a metal door, but it can be accessed via the restaurant by going through the basement)

Amada (never been, but really want to go)

If you're near the art museum, Umai Umai is very good. It's a sushi place and is BYOB, so that may rule it out.

I'll post others if I think of any.

If you like French bistro style (think Bistro Byronz) try Parc in Rittenhouse Square.

Village Whiskey for a good burger.

Distrito is another place Id really like to go to. Hear a lot of good about it. Google the pictures of the place, it's a very unique dining experience.
