Just throwing a spitball here, but if Mack gets his arse kicked in the bowl game and he gets canned, is there any chance UT throws 10 mil at Nick just to see what happens. I don't know if there is a buyout in the extension he signed or not? I know he's staying, just food for thought.

Mack has cover because he has no QB. However he has not QB because he is a dumbass for missing Famous Jameis and Johnny Football, so.

I think that's pretty unlikely, to be honest. If they shitcan him, I think they'll go after a different big name now that the last few days have resulted in a colossal embarrassment. They'd just look pathetic.
