Look, speaking from a guy who's ankles are as brittle as grandmother's peanut specialty, spraining an ankle sucks. I've done it hundreds of times, but it's not an astoundingly debilitating injury. Back in my day, I'd twist my ankle on another guy's shoe and be back within the next couple days easy, every time. And let me say this, I'm not an NBA player. Tyreke, while wildly more athletic than I, is no doubt going through the same thing. As long as he avoids the "break" he'll be fine and not sitting out 100 games, a la EG.
