He's a lame duck coach this year. He hasn't won anything except putting a stop to the coup. He and Powers aren't in the best position.

There's a good chance that when this is all said and done, Mack will tarnish whatever legacy he had. Fortunately for Mack, the general fanbase - and lord knows the dumbasses at ESPN etc. who think he's a saint (or at least say it publicly because I know not all of them do) - does not know all of the stories that show just how petulant, insecure, and vindictive he really is. Let's put it this way, Mack staunchly defended a UT employee (one of his main cronies), to the point of trying to prevent his termination and then getting him a cushy job with a booster, who has sexually harassing every female student in the athletic department.

I could go on and on...
