Who does this potentially open up for highest drafted QB in 2014? Tahj Boyd?

He's a very good football player. I'm not saying he's Andrew Luck, but I'd want to draft him if I was an NFL scout. He's a tough kid, and throws the ball very well. Very good QB prospect.
I hope he stays just because I'm selfish and want to see him play against better competition in the ACC.
