Update:
Zbo and Will's interview
quote:
Late in the fourth quarter of the Memphis Grizzlies loss to the Golden State Warriors, All-Star forward Zach Randolph proved there is never a bad time to show some love for young fans.
Randolph was seen leaving the team's bench while a teammate was shooting free throws. It turns out a young fan with special needs was trying to get his attention and appeared to indicate that he wanted Randolph's warm up top. Randolph happily obliged before returning to the bench and giving the fan a thumb's up.
Update:
Zbo and Will's interview

Zachary Randolph’s heart is even bigger than his height.
The Memphis Grizzlies power forward literally gave a fan the shirt of his back this week.
Z-Bo saw a young boy with special needs cheering him on while he was sitting on the bench during Wednesday’s game.
“I heard Will (the boy) hollering … Z-Bo, Z-Bo … I just gave him the shirt,” Randolph told Fox & Friends on Sunday Morning. “I was surprised the camera caught it.”
Why did he do it? “I’ve been blessed,” he said. “it’s a blessing for me to have a friend and fan like Will.”
Morgan Furlong, Will’s father, said his son is thrilled.
“It was real special for (Will),” Furlong said. “ He had the shirt on afterwards and was dancing in the hallways.”

But I thought most NBA players shoot people and cheat on their wives.
I'm glad when things like this hit the news.

Props to Z-Bo, and props to that mom. Most kids with down syndrome aren't born in this age of abortion because of the myth they can't live a happy life.
That kid looked pretty happy to me. And I think this video has spread plenty of joy today. Sorry to hijack.

That's awesome. Good to see athletes who aren't all about themselves. Especially in the middle of a game.
