12pence,

I was going to come in here and laugh at the out-of-towner's recommendations but you covered almost all the bases for me man. Solid! Get to a Hot Chicken place (I prefer Hattie B's and Prince's) as it has kind of become the city's unique staple.

One thing to not miss:

Yazoo Brewery & Taproom - the Gulch
- I used to work at the old original location in the Marathon Motorworks building back in the day. They have exploded since those days. High quality beer and great people. The new location is the titties but their hours are and always have been kinda weird.

For those contemplating move to Nashville, DO IT. Miss it all the time. City has grown extensively since I left but there's nothing like coming home

The amount of craft breweries in Nashville has boomed in the past few years as well.

Yazoo Brewing
Jackalope Brewing (right around the corner from Yazoo)
Black Abbey Brewing (personal favorite)
Tennessee Brew Works
Fat Bottom Brewing
Blackstone Brewing
Jubilee Brewing
Czann's Brewing
Turtle Anarchy (Franklin, TN)
Cool Springs Brewing (Franklin, TN)
