In quest to replace Breaking Bad

I've watched Game of Thrones and finished that in two weeks. Just started Prison Break and holy crap, I'm 12 episodes into the first season and it's a great show. Is it steady all the way through or does it have an early peak?

I would highly suggest watching at least the first two seasons of Prison Break.
