Keeping the assistants is gonna be a problem. With all that NFL experience Washington has I'd imagine some bigger schools will give him a look.

I remember when Benny Ellender was the next great savior of the weenie's program and they gave him a 10 yr extension. And fired him only 1-2 yrs later and he retired to south Fla on their money. If they were relevant to anything in college football, I might even laugh..again..at them
