Can any one tell me the safest way to root the S4 with Android 4.3 (AT&T)? There was a thread a while back about CyanogenMod, but they did not have S4 AT&T as a compatible device. I found this thread with instructions and a file, but I wasn't sure if it is safe or not.

I just switched to the S4 from jailbroken iphone, and I need to get my pandora skip hack and wifi tethering back haha

Also, what are the best sites for learning about rooting and creating back-ups, etc? I've been to a few sites but everything is either too basic or too advanced haha I want to make sure I have a way to unroot and backup/etc. Also, I am a little confused about "flashing" different ROMs.
