If they just so happen to be on campus for a game and talk to a recruit, it's not a big deal. If they go out of their way to call or visit a recruit, then there's an issue.
Whenever Shaq is in town for his golf tournament, or other functions, he "coincidentally" shows up at Texas de Brazil for dinner that Friday night.

I have seen this a lot. Guys on bye wks come in for some sideline action. Not too long ago Brendon Taylor and Brandon Lafell were on the sidelines at LSU.
