I know this has had to be hard for you man but we are all behind you and will help in any way. Like has been said before we are all family here and we lost a great family member today.

Thanks man. I can't say enough of the support of everyone that knew him and the ones that never met him but felt as if he was a huge part of their life. There aren't many people that leave a legacy and Jason Philip Deal did just that. This board is a testament of his life and personality to all that ever came in contact with him. I was looking at our sixth grade yearbook earlier and can't believe how out relationship manifested since 1990. We were in each other's wedding, graduated college together, was caught spooning in a camp bed after a long night of drinking, on first name basis with each other's parents, my wife's sister and his wife were childhood friends and went to college together, so on and so on. I could sit here all night recapping our relationship. I'm more worried about the family he leaves behind than anything else. He and I discussed his condition and knew this day was coming for a few weeks. It has been tough, but this is a time to celebrate the life he had as well as the legacy he leaves behind. My memories will forever be etched in my mind and actions going forward. I'm a better person today for knowing him all of these years. I will be forever indebted to him for that.
