Did the Steelers organization commit a foul?

Oh it was just Tomlin? And it didn't affect the play?

Fine him $100k. Fine him 200k.

Don't take a draft pick away.

Complete and utter bullshite by the NFL. The man made a simple mistake and owned up to it immediately, give him a simple fine just to show to you know you can't do that but c'mon....

Ridiculous they're giving him this for something so insignificant but they gave the Pats the same for something far, FAR worse.

I believe he did it on purpose but a draft pick is ridiculous.

I think the NFL leaked that they were thinking about taking away a draft pick knowing full well that they aren't going to do that.

Just to send the message to coaches and anybody else that they could do it if they wanted to.

To me, Tomlingate ranks behind spygate and ahead of bountygate.

He tried to cheat. He isnt a player. He cant affect the game like that.

taking a pick away is fitting, imo.

they had to hammer him so no one does this in the future, and that would send the message. Imagine someone doing this, or even tackling what would be the game winning TD. And the TD wouldnt count. Luckily this didnt cost them the game. But they need find a punishment where it never happens again.

A big fine no problem, but taking away a draft pick is just absurd.
