Same here. 
Truck gets Pennzoil Platinum 5w-20 every 5000 miles.
I also installed an oil catch can not long ago to keep some of the blow by out the intake (which is probably the reason for the smokeshow today).

Can you elaborate on this? I've heard about it but I'm still unsure what it is.
