Use Seafoam in all my small yard engines and Jetskis for seasonal maintenance. I stick to quality fuel and synthetic oil in my trucks.

Same here. 
Truck gets Pennzoil Platinum 5w-20 every 5000 miles.
I also installed an oil catch can not long ago to keep some of the blow by out the intake (which is probably the reason for the smokeshow today).
