Maybe he did, probably figured him as an imposter and threw him out seeing as how Ferris was already there.

Why did the maitre d' fall for the whole phone scam? Abe Froman obviously either was well known enough to be identified by name or was a regular at the restaurant.

How did the water tower get "Save Ferris" professionally painted on it by mid-day? I'm not sure if Ferris Bueller's Day Off is the type of film that should be expected to wrap up all contigencies with a neat bow.

And for the record: SJP was fricking HOT in Honeymoon in Vegas. Anyone who doesn't believe me needs to review the scene where she dives in the pool. (and if that really isn't her, I'd like to have met her body-double)
