No. According to most insiders, LSU just hasn't pressed for him. Whether thats because they wanted CG more and worried if that would upset him or whether they felt they wouldn't have a place for him, i don't know.
They may still press for and sign Young, but pretty sure there are some hurt feelings there currently.
