Someone on twitter last night was posting stats. I forget how common he said ACL injuries are, but it's think it was like 1/1000 or so odds. But if you've torn one the odds increase to 1/33 you'll tear your other.

He plants with his right leg while he's trying to reach for the ball and his leg bends inward. That's when the sprain/tear occurs.
