Wick, you think it's worth the effort to try hunting woodcock without dogs? Was thinking about going to sherburne one day this season.

This is private. We've hunted them before here just kicking them up walking around but seriously, what I saw this last weekend was more than I've seen in my entire life. You boys down south are probably gonna be neck deep in them once the season opens up.
Got a buddy with a GSP that's going to jizz his pants when I bring them out here and they see this.
