What he said is that it's difficult for the accuser not to win if it goes to court.
And although he probably overstates his point, but his underlying point is correct. It's tough for a guy accused of rape to prove his innocence in court.
Go read rule 412 of the federal rules of evidence. And then read rule 413. And then report back. We'll wait.

I meant when 2 people have consenting sex and then the girl has buyer's remorse it's beyond difficult for the male to win that case.
