Again, she could've tested a 0.04-0.07 at the time. She went to the police station 2 hours after the incident supposedly happened. She could've easily been at 0.13 at the time of the incident starting or beginning which is likely between 20-30+ minutes. Again, her not being considered legally drunk at the time of her testing doesn't mean she wasn't drunk.

If a drunk driver is at 0.11% when leaving the bar and manages to drive for 2 hours before getting pulled over, he'd test at 0.07% which would get him/her off. That is to say they weren't legally drunk.

Too much in this story isn't adding up and that is why waiting and letting details come out before rushing to judgment either way.
