she called the police right after it happened and had a rape kit done. that to me is very strong evidence that this woman was assaulted/raped. maybe it wasn't Jameis, but it seems highly probable that somebody hurt her, because no woman in their right mind would put themselves through that unless they were harmed.

the TPD dropped the ball after that. it seems like they didn't do their due diligence in investigating the claim. if they had done the investigation like they should have, Jameis could have potentially already cleared his name. Or, he could be sitting in jail right now.

See this is what i 100% disagree with. There have been multiple cases in which a woman has done this. Hell, it happed to Charles Scott at LSU within the last year, and he was later cleared of the charges. I am not saying for certain what happened in this case, but saying no woman would lie is absurd
