I bet snakes would wreak havoc on some moles. You should get a few GDCKs and unleash hell.

The moles are eating grubs and other bugs in the ground, you need to kill the grubs and worms and they will move on. Treat with a granulated truf pest killer from home depot or lowes by following the directions on the bag and you'll see a difference in a few weeks. 
Dogs are also very effective, but tend to do more damage then the moles themselves!
