If the gun is in your name probably not a problem at all, but it is not legal for child under the age of 18 to own a rifle or 21 for a pistol. (I might be confused about having a gun in the vehicle)

Then why the hell do they make youth models? who do they think they are for?
who the hell doesn't give their kid their first deer rifle for birthday/Christmas?
