Not this time. He kept asking me when the deer were going to come out.
He actually did better last year when he was 3. We saw two deer then and he still talks about it. He was spoiled by that.

Took my 5 year old daughter to the stand saturday.
1 ipad
300 crayons
2 coloring books
1 bag of chcolate pretzels
1 juice box
We got to the stand and 15 minutes she was out on my lap. About 30 minutes later a 120lb doe walked out. I woke her up and asked if she wanted me to shoot it. She responded with no I want to! I put her on the chair next to me, put the ear muffs on and told her to get ready. Shot the doe and she helped me load it onto the ATV. Told her I can put Disney Jr on in the camp while I clean the doe but she wanted to watch. Driving home yesterday she asked me if she was coming with me agin next weekend.
Looks like I have a hunting partner until her mom teaches her how to shop. Oh well, I will enjoy it until she realizes that hanging out with dad is not cool anymore!
